In the event of a car accident or any breakdown, you may contact AXA's 24-hour Accident Assist Call Centre (AACC) for towing service to a panel repairer, and to aid you in your unfortunate event and your claim process.

AXA will not cover any "settle" on the streets. If you'd like to claim from this insurance, file a police report at your nearest police station.
Fully fill up the relevant sectons of your claim form. Submit all listed required documents to the panel repairer within 2 days from date of incident.
Upon receipt of full documents, panel repairer will submit your claim to AXA. An Adjuster will be appointed to assess the damage of your vehicle.
AXA will revert with claim decision within the following time frame. Once your claim has been approved, panel repairer will start repair works. You may contact the panel repairer for repair status.
